Project Scope
Concept design of an aerospace grade, MW-Class Electric Propulsion Unit (EPU) for a hyperloop application. Zeleros’ hyperloop propulsion solution includes an aerodynamic turbofan system to propel the vehicle during cruise performance. Together with its partner ITP Aero, Zeleros has conceptualized a distributed EPU with an array of several smaller units of about 1MW.
The project is at design phase and will follow with a ground test validation for an integrated 1MW electric powertrain.
