What is...
Hyperloop?
Hyperloop is the world’s fastest land transport system for fully electric and automated intercity travel.
Hyperloop features
Fully Electric
All the propulsion and levitation subsystems emit zero direct emissions
1,000 km/h
Zeleros vehicles achieve ultra high speeds that even surpass aircrafts
High Capacity
Zeleroz vehicles carry between 50-200 passengers
Benefits
01. Scalable infrastructure
1. Infrastructure cost accounts for nearly 95% in projects like roads, high-speed rail, maglev, and also hyperloop. Reducing infrastructure cost per kilometer is one of the key benefits of Zeleros' system.
02. Simplified maintenance
2. Operating at aviation pressure levels minimizes maintenance costs of Zeleros infrastructure, ensuring the low-pressure environment can be maintained sustainably along thousands of kilometers.
03. Wheater-proof
3. Zeleros hyperloop infrastructure maximizes service availability and minimizes disruptions thanks to its enclosed tube environment, ensuring operations in almost any weather condition.
04. Integration with the environment
4. Several infrastructure topologies like viaducts, tunnels or bridges have been designed to adapt to different orographies and integrate seamlessly with the environment.
05. Zero-carbon infrastructure
5. The use of renewable energies to power the fully electric infrastructure makes it possible to achieve a zero-carbon system, that can even feed energy back to the grid.
06. Reduced expropriation
6. At surface level, instead of laying the tracks at ground level, Zeleros' hyperloop infrastructure is elevated, minimizing the expropriation needs and speeding up route deployment processes.
Hyper-Lab Valencia
Every technological company needs a place to imagine, prototype and test. For Zeleros this place is the Hyper-Lab, located in Valencia, Spain. Here we manufacture key technological subsystems that will make hyperloop a reality in the next decade.
How it Works
Hyperloop capsules move levitating at high speeds inside a network of low-pressure tubes.
Low-pressure tubes
Hyperloop vehicles travel inside tubes in which pressure is lowered to safety aerospace-grade levels. Thanks to this, air friction is drastically reduced
Active magnetic levitation
Levitation system based on a combination of modular electromagnetic units onboard. Thanks to them, the vehicle moves with almost zero friction
Synchronous linear motor
It acts as a powerfull launcher that gives the vehicle the initial energy that needs to smoothly accelerate and brake
Electric aerodynamic propulsion
Included in the vehicle and driven by a fully electric powertrain. This key technology minimizes the need of linear motors along the track, highly reducing the cost of infrastructure
